Tofu bean stew

Another one of our recipes ….. our famous tofu feijoada…..


2 hoas


  • 200 g of Tofu
  • 200 g of Large Soybean Granules
  • 125 g of Tempeh
  • 1/2 kg of Black Beans
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Put the beans in a pan and in another pan saute with the onion, garlic and bay leaf. Add the braised tempeh and soybean sprinkles and allow to settle for about 15 minutes. Then add the diced tofu, lower the heat and cook another 15 minutes. Finally, mix the cooked beans and the low heat, stirring and wrapping all the flavors taking care that it is always boiling so that the broth is thick for about 1 hour.
